Job Title:                          Childcare School Chaperone

Salary:                              £7.50/walk depending on age and experience

Hours:                              3pm – 3.30pm

We are looking to recruit a vital team member to our afterschool club staff.  Collecting children from either, Southway Junior, The Gattons Infants or Birchwood Grove Primary schools this role is a perfect job to dovetail with collecting your own children or other commitments

Your primary task is to wait for the children at one of the three schools and assist in their safe journey to the afterschool club.  You will be an excellent role model and ensure that safety of the children.

 Salary:           £7.50 per supervision/walk

 Training:       You will receive full training, daily communication, and support in your role

A: Not at all, we can create a job share for this role with the right staff

Q: Are the children well behaved?

A: Yes, we have a caring and firm approach that mirrors the behavioural expectations of all schools.

Q: I have to take my own children to the school – is this a problem?

A: No, not at all.  We have other walking bus staff who do a collection supervision role with their children
