Salary:                         £8.60 – £11.44 hour depending on age and experience

Overview:

As a Lifeguard you will ensure the safety, security, and orderliness of the children’s swimming time. You are the first responders to any threats to the safety of the children. You will remain vigilant and sometimes use skills in swimming and first aid to rescue children in danger.

Key features:

• Ensure children are happy and safe in the pool
• Rescue children who are in danger or struggling
• Enforce the swimming pool rules
• Inspect the facility and report any concerns to the setting premises manager 

Lifeguard Job Requirements:

• Must be 18+ years old
• First aid trained
• Physically fit and competent swimmer
• Completed lifeguarding training
• Prior experience of working with children in pool environment
