West Hove Infants Holiday Camp

Portland Road, England, BN3 5JA.

Our School Road Holiday Camp runs every school holiday at West Hove Infant School. Running from the canteen, we aim to nurture, educate and enrich the children attending through a balance of planned activities and free time. We also make the most of the outdoor playground areas, to run our fun activities for the children. Our staff team includes qualified teachers, skilled sports coaches and experienced childcare professionals.

With options for booking on a regular or ad-hoc basis – we’re here, as much or as little as you need us.

Activity Camps

Holiday Camp Benefits
Every holiday camp offers a daily mix of Sports, Group Challenges, Arts and Performance activities. Children are encouraged to take part in all activities at a level they are comfortable with.
Each holiday follows a popular children’s theme, giving the organised activities a focus and ensuring every day is different!

Click here to see our upcoming Holiday Camp Activity Calendar.

Weather and season dependent, we’ll be outdoors as much as possible. Please bring appropriate cold and wet weather clothing, and in warmer weather please remember to put suncream and a hat on before dropping your child/ren.

They’ll need to bring a refillable water bottle, two snacks and packed lunch.
NB: No nuts or sesame seed allowed.

HAF (Holiday Activities & Food) Holiday Camps
We’re proud to be part of the government-funded HAF programme in the Summer, Christmas and Easter School Holidays. All food and activities are provided free of charge when booked via the HAF Programme.
All children participate in the Holiday Camp activities together.

Please visit Brighton and Hove County Council’s website for the latest eligibility criteria, dates and to book your child’s place at camp.”

“Experienced leaders are passionate about providing high-quality care for children. They work closely with school teachers and parents to help ensure that children's needs are well known. Staff work well together to ensure children feel safe and settled when attending the club. This contributes to children feeling secure and supports their emotional well-being."

Maura Pigram, Inspector
Lindfield, July 2022

"Children enjoy a variety of fun activities to support their learning when they are at school. Staff ensure that these are linked to children's interests and help children to persevere with tasks. This helps to support their concentration skills."
